gERS, the Guest Experience and Reservation System, brings Airbnb and direct bookings onto one calendar, then runs the day: cleaners, laundry, texts, analytics and the guest's welcome screen.
gERS is the operations platform behind a working short-term rental. Airbnb bookings sync in by iCal, direct requests from your own website arrive as one-click approvals, and every stay lands on one colour-coded calendar. Bookings that disappear from Airbnb are flagged for review.
From there it runs the day. Assign cleaners with a tap, send reminder texts the morning before each turnover, track cleaner and laundry pay, and log the material-participation hours you will need at tax time. Analytics show revenue, occupancy, average rate and lead time by unit.
Guests get their share too: a personalised welcome screen on the TV, a QR code to request a ride by text, and a wall-mounted board in the kitchen showing arrivals, departures and the week's weather.
