Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Tapansoft ("we", "us") collects on this website and how it is used. It applies to this website only; our individual products have their own policies.

Visit logging

We log every page view on this site on our own server. For each visit we record:

• the page requested, the time, and the page that referred you to it (if any);
• your IP address;
• your browser's user-agent string, from which we derive the browser, operating system and device type;
• an approximate location (country, region, city and coordinates) and internet provider derived from the IP address;
• campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) when present in the link you followed.

Location is estimated either from a local copy of the MaxMind GeoLite2 database or, when that is unavailable, by sending the IP address to the ip-api.com geolocation service. Results are cached so each IP address is looked up only occasionally.

We use this information to understand how the site is used, which products attract interest, and to detect abuse. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Visit records are deleted automatically after 365 days.

Cookies

This site sets a small number of first-party cookies:

• ts_vid (1 year) and ts_sid (30 minutes): random identifiers used to count unique visitors and sessions. They contain no personal information.
• a session cookie used for form security (CSRF protection) and for the admin area.
• a browser preference remembering that you dismissed the cookie notice.

We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address; see Google's privacy policy for details.

Contact form

When you send us a message we store your name, email address, subject and message together with your IP address and browser details. We use this to reply to you and to prevent spam. Messages are kept until we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email loutap@gmail.com or use the contact form.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
